Terms & Conditions

1.    This Agreement is between you and EMMA ROMANO (ABN: 34 261 731 249) and relates to your participation in “TIMELINE RESET” training.

2.    No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in TIMELINE RESET, the content and materials. We do not guarantee or imply that you or your clients will be completely healed or cured of any medical or mental condition, or that you will achieve your income goals in a specified timeframe. I enter into this training & coaching with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results.
 

3.    As a participant of TIMELINE RESET I understand that all information and techniques, content, skills and concepts that are shared within the program, all online video and audio recordings, trainings, manuals, information, documents, websites and other materials remain the copyright of EMMA ROMANO, and will not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold, forwarded, shared or otherwise transferred without our written consent, and may only be used for educational purposes and only for non-commercial use unless permission is given otherwise. 
 

4.    I fully understand and acknowledge that during the set course outline and coaching, that at times, some of the content and processes may be triggering and/or confronting. In these moments I will remember this is an integral part of the learning and healing process, and that the facilitator has my best intention. I take full responsibility for how I am feeling and agree to ask for support when needed from the facilitator.

5.    During the training sessions, monthly mentoring sessions or while viewing recordings in the Facebook group, I may be privy to the sharing or receiving of private or confidential information of others. I agree to respect the privacy & confidentiality of each participant/speaker and refrain from discussing this outside the sessions/trainings.

6.    I understand that any live training in person or online for TIMELINE RESET and the monthly live group mentoring sessions, will be recorded with footage that will contain the participants including myself if I participate. The purpose is to use these recordings for the participants to be able to replay them and for future training of TIMELINE RESET practitioners. The recordings will only be made available within a private group/site for the access of members who are training to become TIMELINE RESET practitioners. By signing this agreement, and participating in the live training, I am granting permission for these recordings to be used for the purposes as outlined above.

7.    Course fees paid are not refundable after payment is processed and this agreement is signed, (as once accepted, the course content will be automatically sent to you via email, which you will have lifetime access to and also within the Facebook groups) 

8.    I agree as a participant of the program that I will conduct myself appropriately and ethically throughout the program and within the associated Facebook groups. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, EMMA ROMANO reserves the right to cancel your membership.

9.    Participants who complete TIMELINE RESET will receive a full printable manual and Certificate as an International TIMELINE RESET Practitioner. In order to complete the course and be certified, you must:

a)    Have completed TIMELINE RESET training and:
b)    Demonstrated competency in TIMELINE RESET either during a live training event with EMMA ROMANO, or by assessment from a Family Freedom Protocol Master Practitioner (This can be booked through Emma once training is completed and is at additional cost of $180 for the assessor’s time)
c)    Completed payment of course fees in full
