MENTORSHIP AGREEMENT

This Mentorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Emma Romano ("Emma Romano") of Thrive in Life Foundation and the undersigned practitioner ("Mentor"), effective as of the date signed below. By participating as a Mentor within the community, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mentors will facilitate one mentorship session per month, lasting between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

• Q&A and participant engagement.Sessions are scheduled for 11 AM AEST on the 24th of each month and will primarily focus on 

• Mentors must be prepared to engage participants, even if no immediate questions are presented.

• Mentors are required to promote the Zoom link in the three designated groups 24 hours before their session.

• Mentors must record each session and submit it to Olivia at Aligned Business Support via alignedbusinesssupp.rt@gmail.com for distribution.

• If a Mentor is unable to attend their scheduled session, they must provide as much notice as possible and communicate in a timely manner with Emma Romano so alternative arrangements can be made.
   

2. BOUNDARIES & CONDUCT
Mentorship sessions are exclusively for mentoring; direct teaching or guiding through specific processes is not permitted.
Self-promotion during mentorship sessions is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Promoting your own services, programs, or offerings.

• Sharing external links or directing participants to personal websites or social media.

• Soliciting clients or advertising other products during sessions.

Any breach of this clause may result in termination of your mentorship role.
If a Mentor has any questions, concerns, or needs guidance regarding their role, they must communicate directly with Emma Romano rather than seeking advice from other members to ensure issues are handled appropriately.
 

3. REFERRAL POLICY

If a Mentor refers someone who chooses to enhance their skills or purchase additional materials through Emma Romano, a referral fee will be provided as a token of appreciation.
Referral fees are solely applicable to pre-approved programs specified by Emma Romano.
 

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Mentors agree to uphold confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared by participants during mentorship sessions.
Session recordings are for internal distribution only and may not be shared or repurposed without prior written consent from Emma Romano.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RECORDING USAGE
All materials, processes, and content shared during mentorship sessions are the intellectual property of Emma Romano.
Mentors may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any proprietary content without express written permission.
By participating as a Mentor, you agree that your recorded mentorship sessions may be used indefinitely as a resource for practitioners.

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Mentors must act within the boundaries, conduct expectations, and scope of the mentorship program as outlined in this Agreement. If a Mentor operates outside of these guidelines, misrepresents their role, or provides advice that leads to negative consequences, Emma Romano
and Thrive in Life Foundation will not be held liable for any resulting claims, damages, or disputes.
Mentors assume full responsibility for their own actions and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emma Romano and Thrive in Life Foundation from any claims, legal actions, or liabilities arising from their mentorship activities.

7. TERMINATION
Emma Romano reserves the right to terminate a Mentor's participation if there is a breach of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized self-promotion

• Failure to fulfil session responsibilities

• Violations of confidentiality

• Operating outside of the agreed mentorship boundaries

• Misrepresentation or misconduct within the mentorship role

8. AGREEMENT
By ticking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. You also acknowledge that your mentorship session recordings may be used indefinitely as resources for practitioners and that you will uphold the reputation of Thrive in Life Foundation.
