Trainer Agreement

This Trainer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Emma Romano of Thrive in Life Foundation ("Emma Romano") and the undersigned trainer ("Trainer"), effective as of the date signed below.

By participating as a Trainer within the Thrive in Life Foundation community, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Trainers may be invited to contribute to Thrive in Life Foundation programs, courses, trainings, and other educational materials by recording or facilitating training sessions, videos, or workshops.
These recordings or materials may be distributed or featured within online courses, membership portals, Facebook groups, social media platforms, or other educational media as determined by Emma Romano.
Trainers must come prepared for their sessions and maintain a high standard of professionalism, clarity, and engagement.
If unable to attend or deliver a scheduled session, the Trainer must notify Emma Romano as early as possible to allow time for rescheduling or replacement.

2. BOUNDARIES & CONDUCT

Training sessions are designed for educational and developmental purposes only. Direct sales, promotion of personal services, or solicitation of participants are not permitted.
Trainers must not promote their own programs, services, or offerings, share external links, or direct participants to personal websites or social media during or after their session.
Trainers must maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive tone in all communications and training delivery.
All questions, feedback, or concerns about the training process or role must be directed privately to Emma Romano.

3. CONTENT USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, recordings, teachings, and intellectual contributions created by Trainers within the scope of this role become the exclusive property of Emma Romano and Thrive in Life Foundation.
This includes, but is not limited to, video and audio recordings, written notes, outlines, slides, exercises, and other educational content created or contributed to during collaboration.
Trainers acknowledge and agree that any such materials:
- May be added, modified, or used within any Thrive in Life Foundation course, portal, training program, Facebook group, social media platform, or media outlet.
- Cannot be removed, taken down, or retracted once provided or recorded.
- May be edited, repurposed, or redistributed for educational, promotional, or training purposes indefinitely.
Trainers waive any claim to royalties, ongoing compensation, or ownership over the use or future adaptation of these materials.
Emma Romano retains full intellectual property rights to all content created within the program’s scope.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

Trainers agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared by participants, clients, or team members during training sessions or communications.
All internal discussions, materials, and behind-the-scenes resources are to be treated as confidential and not disclosed externally.

5. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

Trainers agree to conduct themselves professionally and within the scope of their role.
Emma Romano and Thrive in Life Foundation are not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the Trainer’s actions, advice, or communications.
Trainers assume full responsibility for their conduct and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Emma Romano and Thrive in Life Foundation from any resulting claims, costs, or liabilities.

6. TERMINATION

Emma Romano reserves the right to terminate a Trainer’s participation at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

Breach of confidentiality or intellectual property terms
Unauthorized self-promotion
Misconduct or unprofessional behavior
Failure to meet agreed commitments or standards
Violation of this Agreement’s conditions

Upon termination, all materials previously recorded or submitted remain the property of Emma Romano and may continue to be used indefinitely.

7. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing or ticking the acknowledgment box below, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood this Agreement in full
Agree to all terms and conditions herein
Understand that all recorded materials and training content will remain the permanent property of Emma Romano and Thrive in Life Foundation
Grant full rights to use, publish, edit, and distribute any recordings or materials you create or appear in, across all Thrive in Life Foundation platforms
