Terms & Conditions

1.    This Agreement is between you and EMMA ROMANO (ABN: 34 261 731 249) and relates to your purchase and/or participation in any of the following programs: “FAMILY FREEDOM PROTOCOL”  “TIMELINE RESET” "DELETE RESET" "MAGNETIC MONEY MAKER"
 

2.    I acknowledge I am aware that in no way these programs are to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in these programs, the content and materials. In short, the results are not guaranteed as income, wellbeing and lifestyle - results are based on many factors. I enter into this training & coaching with the full understanding that I am responsible for creating my own results.  We do not guarantee or imply that you will be completely healed or cured of any medical condition, or achieve your income goals in a specified timeframe.

3.    I fully understand and acknowledge that during the set course outline and coaching, that at times, some of the content and processes may be triggering and/or confronting. In these moments I will remember this is an integral part of the learning and healing process, and that the facilitator has my best intention. I take full responsibility for how I am feeling and agree to ask for immediate support appropriately, in a kind and respectful way.
 

4.    As a participant in these programs I understand that all information and techniques, skills and concepts that are shared within the program, all online video and audio recordings, trainings, manuals, information, documents, websites and other materials remain the copyright of EMMA ROMANO, and may not be replicated, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold, forwarded, shared or otherwise transferred without our written consent. The program and the materials provided to you are confidential and must not be given to, or shared with, anyone outside of these programs.
 

5.   During the sessions, I may be included in the sharing of personal information of others in the program or recordings. I agree to respect the privacy & confidentiality of each participant/speaker and refrain from discussing this outside the sessions/trainings.
 

6.    I understand that any live training in person or online for these programs, including any monthly online live group mentoring sessions, will be recorded with footage that will contain the participants including myself if I participate. The purpose is to use these recordings for the participants to be able to replay them and for future training of other participants and practitioners. The recordings will only be made available within a private group/site for the access of members who are participating in these programs. By signing this agreement, and participating in the live training, I am granting permission for these recordings to be used for the purposes as outlined above. 
 

7.     Course fees paid for these programs are not refundable, as once paid, the course content will be made available to you, which you will then have lifetime access to.

8.    I agree as a participant of the program that I will conduct myself appropriately and ethically throughout the program and within the associated Facebook groups. If conduct is deemed unacceptable and not corrected after notice, EMMA ROMANO reserves the right to cancel your membership.
